a unique training program, a 24-hour
emergency technical support phone line, and on-site assistance
when necessary.

Before shipment, every unit is tested for over 72 hours
at the customer’s required conditions. In larger
room installations, the entire system is again tested and
adjusted onsite to ensure maximum performance in
order that your specific needs are met.
Customers continually rank servicing of equipment
after the sale high among their considerations when
choosing a supplier. PGC understands these concerns. Since
PGC equipment is designed with the user in mind, many
service issues can be easily resolved by telephone.
Therefore we have established a 24-hour, seven day a
week emergency telephone service.
No
matter the time of day or night, a PGC service representative
who is knowledgeable with the entire product
line staffs the phone service. As the result of asking
just a
few questions, the service representative can usually
identify the problem and propose a solution.
If a replacement part is required, most parts are kept in stock;
some even covering units built over 40 years ago.
The shipment will then be made by the fastest
means available.
In those unusual instances where the problem cannot
be resolved by phone, a trained PGC field service representative
will be sent to your site without hesitation.
Additionally, PGC offers a unique training program
free to the customer. Attending the session enables
the user to extend the warranty on the equipment that has
been purchased. These comprehensive applications/service
seminars are held once a
year and all PGC users and their
technical staffs are invited to
attend. Upon successfully completing
the course, the warranty on
the purchased equipment is
automatically extended from 12 to
24 months.
In this way new operations and
maintenance personnel are
properly trained. Additionally,
experienced customer staff can
stay current with the latest PGC
innovations. The training program
also ensures the reliable operation
of PGC equipment.
