PGC’s humidity generating systems are unique. The sources for humidity, dehumidification, heating, and refrigeration are all packaged in one self-contained unit. The unit is specifically designed to condition both modular paneled walk-in rooms and pre-existing laboratory or process areas. A PGC conditioner is designed to produce very precise humidity and temperature control.

Since these generating units are self-contained, they can be easily used to condition existing walk-in rooms, custom chambers, and even existing laboratory or process areas. Units are manufactured in both vertical and horizontal configurations. Horizontal units can be positioned on top of a walk-in room.

The interiors are constructed of very durable, corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel. Low watt density heaters also contribute to the unit’s longer life. Various safety cutouts are also included.

The conditioners are controlled by PGC’s SmartPad, a user-friendly system that provides optimum
accuracy and control. The SmartPad is equipped with direct readings in both temperature and humidity. It also features 60-segment programming for automatic cycling and also ramping and soaking excursions. High-low or deviation alarms and a serial communications port are standard.
